2. Choose Your Location
We have 3 amazing communities where we can build your dream home, Old Sorrel (pictured here), The Ridge and Canyon Ridge.
If you prefer to build on your own lot, our team at Velocity will go out to your lot to make sure it’s the right fit for the home you want to design.
If you need help securing a lot outside one of our 3 communities, we’ll help you shop for the perfect piece of land that will accommodate your home’s design.
